The IT coordinator is responsible of the IT environement and provides technical assistance where needed

  1. Duties of the job

    1. Handles technical support calls (help desk)

    2. Reviews daily all environments check-list, and looks up for solutions to resolve errors when needed

    3. Troubleshoots and resolves

      • end-user hardware, operating system, and software related problems (Office, AutoCAD... )

      • basic network and server access problems for end users,

      • WAN, LAN and VPN issues

      • Cisco firewall, Cisco Spam Blocker, Cisco Call manager, Cisco routers and switches issues

      • Active Directory, DHCP, DFS, Clustering issues

A.  Duties of the job       

  • To ensure that administration policies and procedures are being implemented, and suggests changes that will make them more efficient.

  • To analyze the local Lebanese market and select potential clients

  • To promote and sell NGC marble production, ceramic, parquet as well as tiles adhesive and Marmoline products

  • To plan a weekly visits’ schedule, targeting architects’ offices, designers, construction sites…, for introducing the Company’s products to the market and submitting samples

  • To Attend to walk in clients:

    1. Preparing offers in coordination with QS

    2. Preparing samples as needed

  • To follow up the sales process till delivery and settlement

  • To issue relevant reports covering daily, weekly and monthly activities on hand

  • To monitor and report on customers and competitors activities and propose/initiate/ take actions

  • To ensure customer compliance with agreements and follow up collection


B.  Job specification

  • Educational Background:University degree in Architecture/Engineering

  • Work Experience:Minimum 2 years in Sales, Marble Market experience is preferable.

  1. Main Duties of the job          


    • Maintains the confidentiality aspect of all issues under her custody

    • Provides administrative support to the General Manager in his daily functions and activities,

    • Drafts L/Cs, prepares bills of quantity, packing lists and shipping documents

    • Processes and controls quality of work in the approval pipeline, as per procedures.

    • Processes correspondence and keeps records updated

    • Screens telephone calls, organizes and attends meetings to draft MoM

    • Coordinates with all departments to keep a smooth workflow

    • Follows up implementation of management’s requests and assigned tasks

    • Assists HR Dept. Head with Personnel tasks (Insurance/Medical, Travel, Attendance...)
